Terms and Conditions

CHECK-IN TIME:  1:00pm

CHECK-OUT TIME:  11:00am

LATE CHECK-INS:. Are allowed if approved through the office. Please call before 7:00pm to advise the office of arrival time. You may NOT check in after 9:00pm.

LATE CHECK-OUTS: Exceptions may be made, if available. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan for prompt departures.

ALL GUESTS: Must check in at the office upon arrival. Office hours 9:00am through 4:00pm. Visitors are allowed in the park between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00pm, but must check in with the office upon arrival. Visitors are not permitted to stay the night.

SITE INFORMATION: 

  • One RV and up to two extra vehicles are allowed per site.
  • Extra vehicles like boats, trailers, off-road vehicles, and motorcycles may be allowed per the office for an extra fee. These vehicles must be parked in the additional parking lot.
  • Maximum of two adults and four children per site.\Maximum of two pets per site. Please see separate information on Pet Policy & Information.
  • High speed internet is available and is included in the site price. Please refrain from activities that are data intensive. Guests shall ensure that no lewd, vulgar, or offensive material is visible and does not causes disturbance to other guests.
  • Cascade RV Resort does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
  • NO tents allowed.
  • NO clotheslines.
  • NO pet enclosures of any kind.
  • Please keep campsite neat and clean during your stay.
  • No washing vehicles or RVs in park.
  • Wood grills, wood fire pits, charcoal grills, deep fryers and titi torches are prohibited.
  • Propane fire pits are available for nightly rent. Please keep propane fire pits on the gravel areas only.
  • Propane fire pits and grills are allowed on gravel areas only.
  • Our turf pads are for the enjoyment of guests. No fire pits or any other flammable items are allowed on the turf. No staking on the turf pads. No picnic tables on the turf pads. No parking on the turf. Please do not allow pets to urinate on the turf pads.

QUIET HOURS:

  • 10:00pm to 8:00am.
  • Please be courteous to other guests around you.
  • Loud music or objectional noise is not allowed at any time.
  • Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park.
  • Profanity or violence towards other guests or Resort staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.
  • Guests violating rules that result in the eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

  • Speed limit through the park is 5 miles per hour.
  • Wagley Creek to the north of the property is off-limits for swimming or wading. The Resort is not responsible for any occurrences in the creek that causes harm to pets, property, or persons.
  • Please stay on the west side of the fence. This area is closed for construction of Phase 2 and Phase 3.
  • The Resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any persoal property or vehicles. Keep your valuables locked up.
  • Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
  • We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on the property.
  • The use of any paint products or chemicals are prohibited.
  • Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property.
  • The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited in the Resort.
  • The use of archery, paintball and slingshots or air guns is prohibited.
  • Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.
  • Use of drugs is prohibited.
  • Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited.
  • No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway.
  • Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all buildings.
  • Garbage is to be bagged and tied immediately, and placed in the dumpsters in the fenced garbage areas at the east end of property.
  • Household garbage ONLY. Furniture and other large items must be taken to the dump at your own expense.
  • Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the Resort.
  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with these rules or policies.
  • Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold the Resort harmless from and indemnify the Resort against same.

PET POLICY

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or Resort.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
  • Cats are not allowed outside of your RV.
  • There is a two-pet limit in the Resort. This will be strictly enforced.
  • No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.
  • All pets must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival.
  • Pets may not be left unattended.
  • No pet enclosures of any kind.
  • Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets. Pets are not allowed to use the turf pads. Pet receptacles are located throughout the Resort.
  • Must have proof of pet’s current vaccinations and the pets must be up to date with their vaccinations.
  • Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
  • Pets are prohibited in Resort buildings and amenity areas.
  • Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Nightly or weekly reservations cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival date will be refunded 100% of the reservation, minus a $25.00 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to guest arrival date will be refunded for 50% of the entire reservation.
  • If cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to guest arrival date or guest is no-shows, guest will forfeit the full amount of the reservation.
  • Month-to-Month reservations – the $200 deposit is non-refundable.
  • Holidays and Special Events – Special conditions apply during high-demand periods and special events. Cascades RV Resort requires a 2-night minimum stay during holidays and special events.

REFUND POLICY

  • If you are due a refund, all refunds will be processed in the original form of purchase. See Cancellation Policy for more information.
